Remember why; stop focusing on Duck Dynasty and #Giveaways Galore!

It seems that at this time of the year, it's important to remember why we do this decorating, shopping, baking, hustling and craziness. Whether you are a Christian or you have some other belief, we can all remember that above all else, this season is about love! Yes those of us who are Christian can go deeper than that and see God's love for His son. To me, it's a very special time. I am definitely a believer, and I try to live my life for God. I am not perfect, and He doesn't expect me to be. 

 I wish that we could all stop talking about this Duck Dynasty nonsense right now. I have my own opinions about it, and I am sure that no matter which side you are on, you feel that you are right. So let's stop talking about it and remember that we have a very special birthday to celebrate in a few days! Love each other and love your neighbors!

      We watch it and have enjoyed it... I don't need to see it clogging up my feed with negativity!

    I have never seen one episode, interview, etc., with Duck Dynasty so I totally don't understand all the hoopla!

    I really like the show but I agree, they just need to let it rest! There are so many more issues that deserve the uproar. Just frustrates me. :-(

    I used to ALWAYS OVER THINK everything - NOT ANYMORE :)

    As for the Duck Dynasty crap... Never watched the show. Never will. I don't care what those people say, they're clearly one dimensional.

    I feel like sometimes people let themselves get so wrapped up and stressed out over things that don't even involve them. They are mad because they think Phil was hateful, but then they just hate him right back.
    I am a big believer in not hating anyone. We are all different accept it or don't, but he should not be hateful and we also should not be hateful to him.
