    I would love the Strength Limitless goal bracelet!! You are so cute! I loved the video. I got tears in my eyes when you were talking about the strength bracelet because I've been wanting one very badly After being extremely sick spending 22 days at the Mayo clinic including at Christmas 2007, having many procedures, my mother being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012 and having 2 children with Autism, positive and inspirational words or messages are important to me. Strength and persevere are my motivational words. I have gotten healthy through diet, exercise and positive thinking. We are stronger than what we think and can do more than we can even imagine. You are an amazing mom and incredible lady!! Hugs

    I love the "Growth"; I always get so caught up in my current progress with lifting, or running, or anything, but I often need to take a step back and look at how far I've come, and consider how far I have left to go.

    It would be a tough choice for me, but the 3 I would choose from would be Purpose, Commitment, and Grounded.

    My Purpose is my health and my kids' health.

    My Commitment is to my kids and family.

    And my kids and family keep me Grounded.

    I commute by bike everyday and it really helps me stay fit! I usually have healthy meals, so with these two small actions, I’m well on my way to being in shape again!
