Let's get planking: I realized that I have somehow lost my core strength in planking. I was over 2:30 over the summer and now I can barely hold a plank for one minute. No More! Planking for the absolute win, and props to you to get that time up! I try to do a daily morning plank that increments with time, usually + 5 or 10 seconds per day, that keeps it tough, and the numbers rising!

Hey Mindy, I just came to your blog from the Tampa Bay Bloggers Facebook group and after reading you're description I have to comment about how awesome it is that you're so honest and have the drive to be healthy! Its the easy way out to take a pill, it takes a strong woman to really work at their health and fitness. I started CrossFit in September and its helped me become healthier and fitter than ever. I also do 2 or 3 planks a day and am working up to about 1:45 right now. Just gotta say, you go girl!
