Time to get Planking: Plankaday

Let's get planking: I realized that I have somehow lost my core strength in planking. I was over 2:30 over the summer and now I can barely hold a plank for one minute. No More! I am going to strengthen this core, and I would love for you to share your planks every night with me. If you tweet, tag me in your tweets, if you instagram, tag me in your instagram.   6. Planking for the absolute win, and props to you to get that time up! I try to do a daily morning plank that increments with time, usually + 5 or 10 seconds per day, that keeps it tough, and the numbers rising!

    Good luck with the planking, I'll be keeping an eye on your numbers! Stay diligent!

Hey Mindy, I just came to your blog from the Tampa Bay Bloggers Facebook group and after reading you're description I have to comment about how awesome it is that you're so honest and have the drive to be healthy! Its the easy way out to take a pill, it takes a strong woman to really work at their health and fitness. I started CrossFit in September and its helped me become healthier and fitter than ever. I also do 2 or 3 planks a day and am working up to about 1:45 right now. Just gotta say, you go girl!
